Main duties and responsibilities

• To support the waiting team in any way required to ensure the guest experience is the best it can be.
• To ensure they have full and detailed knowledge of all menus at all times and to contribute confidently in briefings and to guests.
• To consistently deliver Emory standards and LQA Standards in all aspects of service delivery
• Whenever possible, to anticipate guests needs to enhance quality service to heighten client satisfaction and to encourage others to deliver the same.
• To minimise guest recovery and complaints wherever possible through organised and professional service.
