Job description

Assistant Sommelier

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Assistant Sommelier to join our award-winning restaurant team. Working alongside our Head Sommelier, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional wine service and enhancing the guest dining experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the world’s most prestigious wines, including Pétrus and Montrachet, within our state-of-the-art wine cellar, home to more than 5,000 bottles.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with wine in a fine-dining or high-end hospitality environment.
• WSET Level 2 (or equivalent wine qualification).
• Passion for wine, food pairing, and exceptional service.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to the highest standards.

Salary is £27,560 per annum, 40 hours per week over 5 days, approx £4,500 per annum in tips, paid monthly.
