Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 months experience in a kitchen, ideally in pastry.
  • Previous experience in a rosette standard operation preferred.

We are currently recruiting for a Commis Pastry Chef to join us at The Londoner to work alongside our very talented Pastry Team.

Overview
  • An amazing opportunity to join our The Londoner Pastry team.
  • As Pastry Commis Chef you will support the Senior chefs in the implementation of the Signature Restaurant Concept.
  • You will work with the brigade to ensure a high level of pastry items and cakes are always executed in the restaurant.
  • Ensure guest expectations are exceeded seeking opportunity to improve guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service.
About You
  • Have a good level of food product knowledge and an understanding of food preparation techniques.
  • Has good command of English language.
  • Holds a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
  • Has 3 months minimum experience working in a kitchen ideally within the pastry environment.
  • Demonstrates passion and culinary standards ideally within a rosette standard operation, either within a hotel or restaurant environment.
