ABOUT THE ROLE

Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel and the restaurant's opening and beyond. We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, eager to learn and committed to excellence. All our kitchens will be equipped with brand‑new equipment at your disposal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food.
  • Wash, peel, weigh, measure and mix ingredients.
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and the food preparation checklist.
  • Follow and ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies, including FIFO, dating, labelling, cleaning, organising coolers/freezers and maintaining cold chain compliance across all food‑related departments.
  • Ensure the quality of food items and notify manager if a product does not meet specifications.
  • Report maintenance issues immediately to appropriate personnel (management or maintenance).
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company Food Safety Programs and local, state and federal regulations.
