Overview

We are a prestigious venue holding 2 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence. Our kitchen brigade serves refined British cuisine using estate-grown and locally sourced ingredients across fine-dining, afternoon tea, private events and weddings.

The Role

As a Commis Chef, you will support our senior team in all sections of a classic brigade structure. This is an ideal first step for a passionate individual seeking structured training and rapid progression in a calm, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation and service across larder, sauce, pastry and garnish sections
  • Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, stock rotation and mise en place
  • Contribute to daily specials and seasonal menu development
  • Support banquet and event service for up to 120 covers
