Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a Commis Chef for Ibis Styles Heathrow East. You will support food preparation, restocking, and service across all outlets, helping the brigade keep great guests experiences moving smoothly.

You'll learn across sections from larder to hot pass with clear guidance and training, maintain high hygiene standards, and take pride in laying the foundations for every service in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Supporting kitchen team with food preparation and service across outlets.
• Learning the ropes across sections—from larder to hot pass—with full guidance and training.
• Helping to keep the kitchen well-stocked, organised, and running smoothly by assisting deliveries and restocking.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in line with health & safety regulations.
• Taking pride in even the smallest tasks, knowing great service starts with foundations.
