Warner Hotels is seeking a Commis Chef at Cricket St Thomas. You will assist with food preparation, maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, and help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen operation.

You will work under supervision as part of a supportive team in a historic 239-bedroom hotel setting. You’ll develop culinary skills, learn from experienced chefs, and contribute to delivering high-quality dishes for guests while enjoying employee benefits and opportunities for growth

Job description

As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in our kitchens, contributing to maintaining the kitchen and food safety standards, managing stock and working in a clean and tidy environment. You'll need to understand basic food hygiene practices, whilst working in a team where you will be supported and developed.
