Salary

Hourly Rate of £12.27 per hour plus service charge and tips.

You will join the kitchen brigade, preparing mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service, ensuring all areas of the kitchen remain clean and hazard free. You will support the Chefs de Partie with preparing and presenting high quality dishes and help achieve departmental targets.
