We're looking for a passionate and ambitious Commis Chef to join our award-winning kitchen team at The Fish Hotel - one of Farncombe Estate's stunning hillside hideaways.

Set within 500 acres of Cotswold countryside, The Fish is a laid‑back luxury hotel with a big personality – home to two AA Rosette dining venues, our famous gourmet hot dogs, and seasonal menus packed with local flavour. Working alongside our talented chefs, you'll learn from the best, develop your skills, and play your part in creating fresh, flavourful dishes that our guests love.

Salary and Hours
  • £32,448 per annum
  • 48 hours per week across 5 days
  • Plus service charge (approx. £3,000‑£3,500 per year)
  • Meals on duty and uniform provided
