Set within 500 acres of Cotswold countryside, The Fish is a laid‑back luxury hotel with a big personality – home to two AA Rosette dining venues, our famous gourmet hot dogs, and seasonal menus packed with local flavour. Working alongside our talented chefs, you'll learn from the best, develop your skills, and play your part in creating fresh, flavourful dishes that our guests love.
