What can we offer you?
  • 25% staff discount off food and drink across all our pubs and hotels for you and your friends and family. Increasing to 30% after 1 year, 35% after 3 years and 40% after 5 years.

  • Good communicator
  • Excellent team player
  • Enjoy working within a fast‑paced, hot kitchen
  • Focused on the detail
  • Passionate about cooking and obsessed with quality
  • Reliable & trustworthy – never letting your colleagues down
What it means to be a Fuller’s Apprentice

A Fuller’s Apprenticeship is something special – just ask anyone who’s done it. If you want it, you could be General Manager or Head Chef one day; if you don’t, that’s fine too. We’ll be behind you all the way. We celebrate individuality so it doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re from, or whether you loved school – we’re only interested in your energy, your ideas and how much effort you’re willing to put in. In return, we’ll make you feel part of the family and be 100% true to you. We’ll keep our promises, take you seriously, and give you responsibility. We’ll always ask what’s next, helping you learn and get qualified – maybe even up to degree level – and we’ll show you how to do things the right way: put customers first, give them a warm welcome, and be the one that makes their visit special.
