You’ll receive training in all aspects of food preparation whilst gaining an insight into some of the liveliest kitchens across the South of England. Working in a Fuller’s Kitchen is exciting and challenging, but with a full team to support and mentor you, you’ll develop a rich understanding of food and a passion for our fresh, seasonal and local produce. You will study one day per week at one of our college partners, receive world‑class training while being paid, and when not at college you will work four days a week in one of our selected restaurants or hotels while being mentored by one of our Head Chefs.
Desired skills:
A Fuller’s Apprenticeship is something special – just ask anyone who’s done it. If you want it, you could be General Manager or Head Chef one day; if you don’t, that’s fine too. We’ll be behind you all the way. We celebrate individuality so it doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re from, or whether you loved school – we’re only interested in your energy, your ideas and how much effort you’re willing to put in. In return, we’ll make you feel part of the family and be 100% true to you. We’ll keep our promises, take you seriously, and give you responsibility. We’ll always ask what’s next, helping you learn and get qualified – maybe even up to degree level – and we’ll show you how to do things the right way: put customers first, give them a warm welcome, and be the one that makes their visit special.
