Salary:

14.75 per hour, 35 hours per week (26,852 per year)

Shifts:

06:15 - 14:00 or 13:15 - 20:45, 5 days over 7

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You will assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes, supporting senior chefs, and ensuring a high standard of food quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to high-quality standards and presented beautifully.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
  • Support the kitchen team with stock management and inventory as needed.
Requirements:
  • Basic culinary skills and a passion for cooking.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage but not essential.
