Overview

The ideal candidate would have some hospitality experience within a similar environment and be used to a busy hotel ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, standards and service at all times throughout.

Main responsibilities

• Supporting the chefs with preparing and plating, breakfast, lunch or dinner
• Keeping the kitchen clean at all times
• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
• Support the team in ensuring smooth food production processes
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment
