  • As a Commis chef you will assist with all food preparation under guidance from senior chefs within a busy Kitchen.
  • Follow recipe standards and maintain consistency in every dish.
  • Support menu production and share ideas for seasonal or innovative dishes.
  • Keep hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards at the highest level.
  • Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes.
  • Adapt to catering requirements for guests and hotel events.
  • Relay feedback from guests and team members to the Head Chef.

  • Genuine passion for food and hospitality, ideal entry-level chef roles or Commis Chef position.
  • Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
