Responsibilities

You will join the kitchen brigade, preparing mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service, making sure all areas of the kitchen are always clean and hazard-free. You will support the Chefs de Partie with preparing and presenting high-quality dishes and achieve all departmental targets.
