Carluccio's in Southampton is seeking a Commis Chef to join our Italian kitchen. You’ll work closely with experienced chefs, gain hands-on experience, and learn authentic Italian recipes while supporting the kitchen team.

No formal experience is required—we provide training and a pathway to develop cooking skills. You’ll help with food preparation, quality, safety, and daily kitchen operations, while enjoying flexible working and staff discounts.
