Job summary

Fuller’s is recruiting a Commis Chef for The Cromwell Arms in Romsey. You will help prepare fresh meals from seasonal ingredients and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced kitchen environment. The pub offers a welcoming atmosphere and opportunities across Fuller’s pubs and hotels.

Ideal candidates are team players with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a busy setting. Induction and ongoing training are provided, with a supportive team culture and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Commis Chef role requires ability to help prepare fresh food from seasonal ingredients.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of fresh, seasonal dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Support senior chefs and the kitchen team during service.
