Job summary

Marston's PLC in Liverpool is seeking a Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen at Vikings Landing.

You will prep, create and bring our pub menu to life while owning a section of the kitchen and supporting the team. Growth opportunities through our DNA career pathway toward Sous Chef.

Qualifications

• Experience in a chef role or as a kitchen porter is desirable.
• Willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment with a passion for delivering quality food.

Responsibilities

• Own a section of the kitchen, learn new prepping skills or bring a meal to life for the first time.

Working Hours: 35hrs per week

What you'll do:

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life
• Own a section of the kitchen, learning new prepping skills or bringing a meal to life for the first time
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day operations
• Deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time

Growth opportunities: We'll support you through our internal career pathway, DNA, with the goal of becoming a Sous Chef.
