Job summary

Valor Hospitality in Liverpool is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen. You will support senior chefs, help uphold our brand standards, and contribute to delivering memorable dining experiences. You will work in a clean, fast-paced environment, stay calm under pressure, and bring genuine team spirit to every shift.

• Experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar junior kitchen role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Flexible with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in food preparation and plating.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work stations.
• Support delivery of brand standards and dining experiences.

The Role

You'll work in a clean, efficient and organised way, staying calm under pressure and bringing genuine team spirit to every shift. Working closely with our kitchen team, you'll help deliver dining experiences that leave guests yearning for more.

Working Hours

We're open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so we need team members who can work flexibly across a range of shifts and days. We're generally busiest in the evenings and at weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
