Job Title: Commis Chef

Location: White City (Setting in period and training will be in South Kensington, then will move over to White City)

Hours: 5 days out of 7 (predominantly Monday to Friday)

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Start Date: As soon as possible

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Commis Chef to join our friendly kitchen team in South Kensington. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a steady-paced environment and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food.

You’ll be responsible for warming and serving prepared dishes, light food preparation, and maintaining excellent kitchen hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the daily preparation and service of food.
  • Heat and plate dishes to a high standard.
  • Carry out light prep work as directed by senior chefs.
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked.
About You
  • Previous kitchen experience is essential.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
