Compass Group UK&I's Restaurant Sin Fin in Derby is hiring a Commis Chef. This full-time role runs 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm, at £14.45 per hour.

Join a busy kitchen serving over 600 guests daily with a supportive 9-person team, full training, and opportunities for progression within Compass Group UK&I.

No previous experience required—you'll learn on the job and contribute to high standards of food handling, hygiene, and customer-focused service.

Location: Derby
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (6:30am – 3:00pm)

Could you bring your spark to Defence? Join our friendly and dedicated kitchen team at Restaurant Sin Fin, part of the Compass Group UK&I family. We’re a busy restaurant serving over 600 guests per day, and we’re looking for a Commis Chef who’s ready to learn, grow, and make a real impact.
