Job summary

Warner Hotels in Corton on the Suffolk coast is seeking a Commis Chef to join our coastal chalet-themed hotel with 181 rooms and a relaxed holiday atmosphere.

You will assist with food preparation, maintain high standards of food safety, and help run the kitchen with our team. This role offers development through in-house training and external qualifications as part of a supportive kitchen.

Responsibilities

• As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food in our kitchens, contributing to maintaining the kitchen and food safety standards, managing stock and working in a clean and tidy environment. You'll need to understand basic food hygiene practices, whilst working in a team where you will be supported and developed.

Join our team at Corton, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This 181-bedroom coastal chalet-themed hotel is set on the Suffolk coast with a relaxed holiday atmosphere.

Up to £13.21 per hour (dependent on your age)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commis Chef to join our team at Warner Hotels. As part of our supportive Kitchen team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Working alongside our experienced chefs, you'll assist with food preparation, maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, and support the smooth running of the kitchen operation. As a Commis Chef, you'll have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills, learn from a talented team, and contribute to creating high-quality dishes that delight our guests at Warner Hotels.
