In this role, you’ll helpmaintain our high standards, support the kitchen in all areas, and deliverdelicious, high-quality dishes that meet our company’s expectations. You’llplay a key part in upholding food safety and health & safety systems, ensuringevery plate that leaves the pass reflects our commitment to excellence.

What you’ll do:
  • Deliver high-quality food service daily, following agreed standards, recipes, and procedures set by senior chefs.
  • Support the smooth running of the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively through handovers, meetings, and teamwork to maintain consistent service and standards.
  • Manage production volumes and waste responsibly while upholding presentation and quality expectations.
What you bring:
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
  • Organised and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Passion for cooking and developing as a chef.
  • Ability to follow and interpret recipes accurately from senior chefs or development teams.
  • Experience in standards or compliance environments, with good customer focus and basic IT skills (C&G 7061/7062 or equivalent desirable).
