  • Assist in preparing ingredients and executing dishes to the highest standards across multiple outlets.
  • Ensure your station is well‑stocked, organised, and ready for service, contributing to smooth kitchen operations.
  • Actively engage in training, absorbing new techniques, and seeking feedback to improve culinary skills.
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen porters, contributing to a positive and productive kitchen culture.
  • Keep tools and workstations clean and well‑maintained, supporting overall kitchen efficiency.
About you
  • Basic experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training.
  • Understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene standards.

Experience Preferred
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Exposure to London‑based hospitality operations and UK food safety standards.
  • Level 1 or 2 Food Safety certification.
