A prestigious private member's club in the heart of Mayfair is looking for an experienced Commis Chef. The role involves food rotation and preparation for lunch and dinner services. Commis Chef. Oswald’s is a private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name. Oswald’s is proud to be a Caterer Top 30 ‘Best Place to Work in Hospitality’ 2023. We are currently recruiting for a Commis Chef to join our Oswald's team. Paid trial shifts offered!
On a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday-Saturday. 4 days on, 3 days off. The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
