Overview

We are a family‑run UK business operating food and beverage outlets at airports, creating exceptional experiences for every customer. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our team.

You’ll be a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic team player who is passionate about food and beverages and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This is an hourly paid role, with shifts that may include early starts (e.g., 2 a.m.) or late finishes (e.g., 11:30 p.m.), with no requirement for split or double shifts.

Main Duties
  • Assist in all areas of food preparation and service.
  • Work closely with the front‑of‑house team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure the quality, quantity, and presentation of food meets company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
Requirements

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working in a dynamic kitchen environment and delivering exceptional food.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

  • Previous kitchen, food preparation, and service experience (airport setting helpful but not essential).
  • The ability to identify and address potential health, safety, and hygiene concerns, escalating where necessary.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with team members.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • The ability to manage stock, reducing waste, and maximising revenue.
Please note:

All successful candidates will be required to:

  • Provide proof of their right to work in the UK.
  • Obtain an Airport Security ID Pass, which we will assist with. The application process requires the production of a valid passport, a criminal record check, and five years of personal and/or employment references.
