Join Our Team At Finlake Holiday Park! Location: Finlake Holiday Park, TQ13 0EJ. Salary: £12.65 per hour plus a share of tips. Hours: 30 or 45 Hours per week - to be discussed. Job Type: Permanent. Are you passionate about food and eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced kitchen? At Haulfryn, we’re looking for a Commis Chef to support our kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining exceptional hygiene and safety standards. What You’ll Do

As a Commis Chef, you will:

  • Prepare ingredients to assist the kitchen team, working closely with the Chef de Partie
  • Support food preparation & cooking, ensuring dishes meet company standards
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, following food safety protocols at all times
  • Manage deliveries & stock rotation, ensuring food items are stored correctly and used efficiently
  • Monitor food safety compliance, completing daily/weekly food safety diaries and reporting any concerns

We’re seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn individual who takes pride in delivering great food. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role
  • Basic food hygiene certification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
