Job summary

SeeMeHired is seeking a reliable Commercial Window Cleaner to uphold our high standards across client sites. You will perform internal and external cleaning using traditional tools and water-fed pole systems, travel between sites, and ensure safety and professionalism.

The role requires reading risk assessments, following safe working procedures, taking measurements for quotations and identifying opportunities for additional cleaning services.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial window cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and at height.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal and external window cleaning to a high standard.
• Apply cleaning methods including traditional tools and water-fed poles.
• Travel between client sites as scheduled.
• Follow risk assessments, method statements and safety procedures.
• Leave work areas clean, safe and presentable.
• Interact professionally with customers and site contacts.
• Assess window-cleaning requirements at client sites.
• Identify equipment, method and time needed for tasks.
• Take measurements to prepare quotations.
• Spot opportunities for additional cleaning services.
• Complete job sheets and quotation forms accurately.
• Undertake other duties as needed.

• Complete internal and external window cleaning to a consistently high standard.
• Use appropriate cleaning methods, including traditional equipment and water-fed pole systems.
• Travel between customer sites in accordance with the agreed schedule.
• Follow all risk assessments, method statements and safe working procedures.
• Ensure work areas are left clean, safe and presentable.
• Communicate professionally with customers, site contacts and members of the public.
• Attend new or existing customer sites to assess window-cleaning requirements.
• Identify the equipment, cleaning method and approximate time required to complete the work.
• Take measurements and gather the information needed to prepare a quotation.
• Identify opportunities for additional window-cleaning or related services.
• Complete job sheets, quotation forms and other required records accurately.
• Undertake other reasonable duties consistent with the role., The role involves regular travel, outdoor working and physical activity. Duties may include standing for extended periods, carrying equipment, reaching, bending and working at height using approved equipment and safe working methods.
