Job summary

Clifton Cleaning Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated Commercial Driving Window Cleaner to join our team in the Bromsgrove area. You will clean windows on a range of sites, including offices and industrial premises, ensuring spotless, crystal clear surfaces.

You will operate water-fed pole systems and traditional methods, drive company vans between sites, and work safely at height with full adherence to health and safety procedures. Training can be provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial window cleaning (1–2 years preferred).
• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential) with van/light vehicle experience.
• Comfortable working at height and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial window cleaning to a high standard across offices and industrial sites.
• Operate water-fed pole systems, traditional methods, and specialist access equipment safely.
• Drive company vehicles to various job locations and maintain safe travel between sites.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and keep equipment in good working order.
• Work at height in line with health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Complete scheduled jobs within allocated timeframes with attention to detail.
• Communicate professionally with clients on-site and represent Clifton Cleaning Services.
• Follow job sheets, risk assessments, and method statements accurately.
• Assist with soft washing and external cleaning services where required (training can be provided).
• Report maintenance issues or health and safety concerns promptly.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial window cleaning to a high standard across a range of properties including offices and industrial sites
• Operate water-fed pole systems, traditional methods, and specialist access equipment safely and effectively
• Drive company vehicles to various job locations, ensuring safe, responsible, and efficient travel between sites
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure equipment is maintained, clean, and in good working order
• Work at height in accordance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Complete scheduled jobs within allocated timeframes while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with clients on-site, representing Clifton Cleaning Services in a positive manner
• Follow job sheets, risk assessments, and method statements accurately
• Assist with soft washing and external cleaning services where required (training can be provided if needed)
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or health & safety concerns promptly
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet daily and weekly targets
• Maintain high standards of punctuality, reliability, and professionalism at all times

Requirements & Experience

• Proven experience in commercial window cleaning (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Competent in using water-fed pole systems and traditional window cleaning methods
• Full, clean UK driving licence (essential) with experience driving vans or light commercial vehicles
• Comfortable working at height and in all weather conditions
• Good understanding of health & safety practices, including risk assessments and safe use of equipment
• Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the role
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently without supervision
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
• Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines
