£75k - £85k base plus car allowance and bonus

Join a high‑performing and well‑established London Commercial Valuation team as a Director, where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, elevating client service, and leading a talented group of valuation professionals. Acting as deputy to the team lead, you will oversee a team of 12 and take the lead on national key client relationships.

You deliver expert valuations, market appraisals, and consultancy advice across London and the Home Counties—while championing service excellence and commercial success.

What you’ll be doing:

• Spearhead business development efforts and seize cross‑selling opportunities across the wider firm.
• Nurture a high‑performance culture where your team is inspired to grow their networks and win new business.
• Take full ownership of client relationships and drive the delivery of high‑quality valuation work.
• Support the strategic direction of the team while enjoying real autonomy to innovate and lead.
