Stride Resource Management Ltd is seeking a Commercial Underwriter to drive regional growth, hit income and profit targets, and underwrite new business and renewals within authority levels.

You will manage a portfolio of broker accounts, build strong broker relationships and balance growth with profitability while maintaining quality and accurate documentation across reports and surveys. The role offers a salary around £60,000 plus private medical, pension contributions and a performance bonus.

• At least 2 years' experience in commercial underwriting or broking.
• Proven track record of growing broker relationships.
• Confident negotiator with sharp eye for risk and pricing.
