Job summary

Halfords is recruiting a Commercial Vehicle Tyre Technician for a mobile role across the UK. You will fit and repair tyres for cars, vans, trucks, and heavy equipment, while delivering excellent customer service and completing electronic job sheets.

This is supported by an uncapped bonus scheme, overtime and callout rates, with a salary range of £40,000–£60,000 OTE. You will receive tools, PPE, and a company van as part of the role.

Qualifications

• REACT Licence to work safely at the roadside.
• Full, current driving licence.
• RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar.
• Willing to work with heavy machinery in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Fit/repair tyres for car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial, and earthmover.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and electronic job sheets.
