Job summary

Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) is recruiting for a Commercial Tyre Technician based in Birmingham as part of the UK’s largest automotive service, maintenance and repair business. You will fit and repair tyres across car, van, truck and more, in roadside or depot settings, with a focus on service quality and efficiency.

We offer an uncapped bonus scheme, generous benefits, and a mobile role with provided van, tools and PPE.

Qualifications

• REACT Licence to work safely at the roadside.
• Possess a full, current driving licence.
• RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar.
• Willing and able to work with heavy machinery and equipment in an outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Fit/repair tyres including car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover – roadside & in depot
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and electronic job sheets.
