Commercial Transport Manager

£50,000 – £60,000 + £5,000 Bonus + Company Car/Allowance + Pension + 28 Days Holiday

Hounslow (Commutable from: Slough, Uxbridge, Heathrow, Feltham, Hayes, Egham, and surrounding areas)

Are you a Commercial Manager from the bus, coach or transport industry looking to take the lead on high‑value transport contracts in a highly varied role with long term career progression and further training?

On offer is a senior, client‑facing role where you'll manage relationships with major clients, drive new business, and deliver commercial growth for an industry leading UK transport operator.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market‑leading transport group operating across the UK, providing corporate transfers, airline crew transport, and network support services. With continued expansion and major contracts the company offers autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to influence key commercial decisions.

This is a days‑based Monday ‑ Friday role where you will oversee commercial operations, manage key client relationships, develop pricing strategies and win over new business.

This role would suit a Commercial Manager or Senior Operations professional from a bus or coach background, looking to lead large‑scale transport contracts with a recognised name in the industry while getting further training and long‑term career progression.
