Job summary

Eyre & Elliston Ltd is recruiting a Commercial Trainee to learn all aspects of electrical wholesaling from stores to deliveries with a view to progression to management. The role offers fixed office hours, Monday to Friday, and a permanent full-time position at a Northallerton branch.

The ideal candidate should be hardworking, able to work both in a team and independently, with strong communication skills and a keen willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team and alone.
• Hard working, committed, ambitious and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the trade counter and with stock management.
• Pick orders from the warehouse and book deliveries.
• Drive sales to reach branch targets.
• Maintain a tidy branch and help with stock levels.
