AXA Partners is looking for a motivated and dedicated Commercial Systems Executive to support our UK&I team. What you'll be doing:

• Manage and validate data setup, in partnership with Account Managers,，于 local and global IT teams
• Support partner onboarding, offboarding activities, and ongoing maintenance of commercial system assets within the eCare/Guidewire ecosystems, like Master Data Manager (MDM) and Computable Contracts
• Ensure policy coverage assessments are accurate and respond to business feedback
• Create analysis templates and assist with the creation of data loaders to streamline processes
• Provide testing support during system and partner updates or change projects
• Investigate operational issues through root cause analysis to improve performance and drive better customer outcomes
• Liaise with Product Managers, Account Managers, eCare Solution teams to understand and resolve commercial systems related requirements and issues

What you'll bring:

• Ideally, with 1-2 years of experience in financial services or insurance
• Knowledge of how insurance contracts and policies are constructed and managed
• Familiar with scheme terms, conditions, and the digitization of processes
• Comfortable working with new technologies and systems
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Confident in challenging assumptions with evidence-based reasoning

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
