• Applications are sought from Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 1 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for advising on procurement and commercial issues to clients within the healthcare and public sectors.
• You will drafting contractual terms and conditions and work on innovative contracting models including joint ventures, alliance agreements and collaboration arrangements
• The firm offer a supportive and collaborative working culture which encourages all employees to progress personally and professionally
• You will have exceptional communications skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
