A growing business in the housing sector is seeking a Commercial Sales & Estimating Executive to manage tenders, pricing, and client relationships. This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as a solid understanding of construction projects. The successful candidate will work on site surveys and lead the business growth efforts. Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

We are a growing business supplying the housing sector in various projects from newbuild sites to large BTR schemes and are looking for a commercially driven Sales & Estimating Executive to join our team.
This role will most likely be 3 days office-based and up to 2 days on site across the UK most weeks. The successful candidate will play a key role in tendering, pricing, sales, account management, and business development as well as conducting site surveys, helping to grow both existing and new client relationships while ensuring accurate and competitive pricing across a range of projects from a small developer to 700 units schemes. Having a Commercial background within the construction sector, ether main contractor or subcontractor background, knowledge of the industry is essential.
The person will be a key individual in the business working closely with the Operations Manager in developing the Contracting division whilst having a wide role of responsibility within the Company.
