JMP Selection's client, a growing business in the defence and manufacturing sector, is seeking a high calibre commercial leader to be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts and identifying new opportunities.
Key responsibilities include :
Strategic Leadership - Develop and deliver the global sales and commercial strategy to achieve revenue and margin growth targets. Identify and assess new market opportunities in defence, aerospace, and space sectors. Shape the company's market positioning, value proposition, and customer engagement approach. Contribute to corporate strategy as part of the Executive Leadership Team.
Sales & Business Development - Lead business development activities with customers and Tier 1 suppliers. Drive pipeline growth, bid management, and customer relationship management. Negotiate and close high-value, complex contracts within long sales cycles. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer forums.
