Commercial Recruitment Consultant Temporary Desk

Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: £28,000 £32,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission

East Bridge Recruitment is growing and we re looking for a dynamic and motivated Commercial Recruitment Consultant to lead the building of a brand new commerical temp desk within our thriving agency.

Based in our modern Basildon office, this is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter with experience in commercial or office-based recruitment who s ready to make a name for themselves and build a new desk on existing clients and develop new client relationships.

The Role

You ll be building a brand new temp desk managing Commercial temps, supplying talented candidates for a range of roles including administration, customer service, reception, sales, HR, and more.

Your focus will be on

• Maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing clients
• Building new business through networking and outbound activity
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for temporary assignments
• Registering, interviewing, and supporting candidates
• Working towards realistic targets with no micromanagement and genuine autonomy

What We re Looking For

• Minimum 1 2 years experience in a temps desk recruitment role (commercial sector preferred)
• Proven success in winning new business and retaining clients
• Confident, professional communicator with strong organisational skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about recruitment
• Team player who thrives in a supportive and fun environment
