Job Description

You'll be advising clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties
• Commercial leases and portfolio management
• Property development, options, and site assembly
• Planning and commercial financing
• Asset purchase acquisitions
• Sale and acquisition of freehold land and buildings

You'll also be expected to:

• Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Deliver commercially astute legal advice
• Contribute to the firm's business development and marketing efforts
• Maintain high standards of client care and compliance

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone with:

• At least 5 years' PQE in commercial property
• Confidence managing their own caseload
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, client-focused approach
• Experience in residential conveyancing or working in a Lexcel/CQS-accredited firm (desirable but not essential)
