An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager to join a dynamic banking team, focusing on origination, credit management, and client relationship growth.

• Originate and manage commercial real estate transactions across multiple channels (direct, broker, and internal referrals).
• Prepare and present credit proposals, coordinating with Risk and senior committees.
• Oversee post-approval activities through to loan drawdown and beyond.
• Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on service, compliance, and performance.
• Engage with brokers, solicitors, and valuation partners to support business growth.
