Key Responsibilities
  • Knowledge Management
    • Maintain and update central precedent documents for commercial real estate matters.
    • Track legal developments and produce practical, engaging materials for internal and external use.
    • Manage the team's Knowledge Hub (SharePoint), ensuring resources are accessible and well‑organised.
    • Support fee earners with technical queries and promote knowledge sharing across the group.
  • Training & Development
    • Organise and chair monthly know‑how meetings; set agendas and coordinate speakers.
    • Design and deliver training programmes for all levels, including firm‑wide sessions.
    • Collaborate on cross‑group training initiatives and external speaker engagements.
  • Legal Technology
    • Monitor developments in legal tech and assess new tools for efficiency gains.
    • Liaise with external providers and manage usage of platforms such as document automation and e‑signature tools.
  • Business Development & Thought Leadership
    • Support client‑facing content creation, newsletters, seminars, podcasts, and other media.
    • Attend sector BD meetings and contribute market insights to develop knowledge content.
    • Assist with sustainability initiatives and directory submissions.
  • Firmwide Knowledge & Risk
    • Collaborate with other KDLs and Risk & Compliance to ensure consistency and mitigate risk.
    • Contribute to innovation projects and responsible business initiatives.
