Job Description

The firm offers:

  • Modern offices in an excellent central location
  • Excellent Commercial work — the firm has a mixed client base including developer clients, so you won\'t be focused on high volume work
  • The work will span across general landlord & tenant, acquisitions and disposals and development work
  • PA / secretarial support — very experienced support staff within the department
  • Support from the Senior Partner
  • Opportunity for your own career to grow — the work is there at the firm and you will be the initial go-to person for clients in this area of law; there are also long term progression opportunities within this very well run practice
  • Office based role — so this would suit somebody based locally
  • Friendly culture with low staff attrition
The Successful Applicant

The firm do not need a solicitor with a client following. They are looking for a qualified solicitor ideally with at least 5 years\' experience in Commercial Property.
