Ison Harrison Solicitors in Manchester seeks an experienced solicitor specialising in Commercial and Residential Property to handle a busy caseload from instruction to archiving. You will maintain high standards of client care, meet deadlines and work within a supportive, employee-owned firm offering profit sharing.

The role requires strong communication, advocacy, and technical legal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, including some remote working days.

Formación

• Current Practising Certificate or equivalent required.
• Strong experience in Commercial and Residential Property work.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with remote/hybrid working arrangements.

Responsabilidades

• Running a case load of client matters from instruction to archiving.
• Taking instructions from clients accurately and advising accordingly.
• Billing files and collecting monies due to the firm.
• Maintaining and updating file documentation and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Code of Conduct and internal policies.
• Contributing to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
• Other duties as required by the firm.
