The growth of this firm has been exponential over the last 5 years and shows no sign of slowing down. Key responsibilities
  • Already working on behalf of a number of high profile clients who are household names, the appointed Commercial Property Partner will be able to further develop the commercial property offerings together with managing your own caseload of real estate transactions.
  • As the appointed Commercial Property Partner you will be able to demonstrate an excellent track record to date and will be highly experienced in all areas of Commercial Property law but may well be feeling frustrated by your current firm's direction.
  • You will ideally be a Partner and will have developed a depth of knowledge in all areas including ideally development and investment, regeneration work and general commercial property matters.
  • Applications are also sought from Senior Commercial Property Associates who are frustrated at the lack of progression within their current firm and are looking for the next step on the career ladder. You MUST have a following for this role.
  • As the chosen Commercial Property Partner you will play a key role in the exciting growth phase that this firm is experiencing at the moment.
  • You will have developed a strong network of contacts (that will be only too pleased to instruct you on future matters) and will be a strong and motivational leader.
  • You will be expected to support the more senior members of the team and provide supervision and support to the more junior members.
  • This leading national law firm is most definitely being viewed as one to watch in the market. The firm have a clear view over the next few years, to grow via lateral hires and as part of this strategy they are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Partner who is focused on this sector.
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
