Commercial Property Solicitor (Locum) 5+ PQE

Location: Cornwall. Pay: £50-£55 per hour. An opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to join a friendly law firm and provide support to the commercial property team on a locum basis.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a varied caseload of commercial property work, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and property finance transactions
• Provide high‑quality, pragmatic legal advice to a range of commercial clients, maintaining the firm’s strong reputation for client care and technical excellence
• Work flexibly on an as‑needed basis, with remote working available

• Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE
• Solid technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
