Key Responsibilities

• Managing high-value and complex commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and asset management

• Advising high-net-worth individuals, corporate entities, and investors on property investments and development projects

• Handling lease negotiations, landlord-tenant matters, and strategic estate planning

• Providing legal expertise on secured lending and property finance matters

• Liaising with financial institutions, developers, and investors to deliver tailored legal solutions
