Job summary

QED Legal is working with a growing and highly regarded law firm to strengthen its Commercial Property team by appointing a Solicitor with around 3-5 years' PQE. You'll manage your own caseload while advising developers, landowners, investors and businesses on acquisitions, disposals, development land and landlord–tenant matters.

Qualifications

3-5 years' PQE in commercial property.
Technically strong with commercial awareness and able to manage own matters.
Able to develop client relationships and contribute to business development.

Property portfolio management.
Property finance and secured lending.
