Responsibilities

• Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Handling landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and assignments.
• Dealing with property investment and development work.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related documentation.
• Managing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and professional contacts.
