Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor for a full-time, Preston-based role. You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction to completion and advise on sales, acquisitions, and leases within a supportive team with a strong reputation for quality work.

The role requires 4+ years’ PQE in commercial property, with autonomy and a client-focused approach. The package includes flexible working options after probation, private medical insurance, and an employer

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) with around 4+ years’ PQE in commercial property (or equivalent experience).
• Confidence running your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Broad experience across commercial property transactions and landlord and tenant work.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional, client-first approach.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Advising on sales and acquisitions of commercial property.
• Handling landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating leases.
• Supporting on banking and property finance matters where required.
• Advising on asset management work and day-to-day property issues.
• Building strong relationships with clients and third parties through clear, practical communication.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy, file management and client service.
